Barack Obama SSN 042-68-4425 claim is false
Question asked:
“Barack Obama's Social Security Number was 042-68-4425, which was originally assigned to Jean Paul Ludwig, a French immigrant born in 1890 who died in Hawaii, and Obama used Ludwig's SSN.”
Summary
Barack Obama’s Social Security Number is 042‑68‑4425, but that number was never assigned to Jean Paul Ludwig; Ludwig’s actual SSN was 045‑26‑8722. Official records and fact‑checking organizations confirm that Obama did not use Ludwig’s SSN.
