Früher Live wurde der „Stream“ per Funk auf Fernsehgeräte übertragen, heute per Internet auf Computer. Diese technische Änderung, ändert nicht an der Tatsache, das ein regelmäßig übertragenes Programm, dem Gesetz unterliegt.
