I've had experiences with other restaurants that have held onto lost items for me, so I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care from the staff here. Given the poor service, the terrible food, and the mishandling of my personal belongings, I can confidently say I will never return to the Applebee's in Yuba City.

Either Corporate or the franchise owner needs to pop up in here plain clothed, unannounced to see how the managers and employees are not putting the BRAND in a good light. Apparently Joesph Major is MOD during this current time. It’s also nice to know Applebees also runs a daycare as well (employees children sitting at employees table).
