    Companies on Trustpilot aren't allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews. ... I ordered in September. When I received product, it was INCORRECT. I immediately contacted Customer Service, with an extensive explanation and pictures of the incorrect product. The response was a bot and it didn't address my concern (it was some generic help). NOBODY responded to my e-mail, even after multiple contacts. It is now 3 months later.
