Switzerland Pays $70,000 to Relocate to Albinen Village

Some 94 people have already signed the initial proposal. Interested parties must agree to live in the village for 10 years, and be aged under 45. They must also build or buy a house worth at least 200,000 Swiss Francs - and second homes are banned.
