My advice again is to just keep your blood pressure at a reasonable level and don't bothering with checking the tracking information until the items are within the delivery time window. ... The program has changed from the GSP, and is now eBay International Shipping (eIS). It is still a Seller Protection Program, but a few more seller protections have been added. There are more complaints about slowness of eIS, but the complaints about the high cost (because the GSP automatically charged import fees to the customer upfront) seem to have disappeared.

This program is slow. On May 10th we sold an item to a buyer in Mexico, we shipped it out on May 12th (USPS first class package) and it arrived at the EIS hub on May 17th. Our buyer didn't receive the package until June 16th. We shipped items through the Global Shipping Program to Australia & New Zealand that reached our buyers in less time.
