My advice again is to just keep your blood pressure at a reasonable level and don't bothering with checking the tracking information until the items are within the delivery time window. ... The program has changed from the GSP, and is now eBay International Shipping (eIS). It is still a Seller Protection Program, but a few more seller protections have been added.
