Viktoria is host of German Dancing with the Stars, statement verified

One of the best features of the film is the acting of the charming Gretl Theimer in the humble rôle of Viktoria's maid. She and Herr Verebes furnish most of the comedy with their dancing, singing and repartee, although Willy Stettner and Else Eister, who appears as his "Japanese" fiancée, contribute materially toward preventing the audience from taking the troubles of Viktoria and her hussar too much to heart.

The young heroine of the German film Victoria really does have a busy night on the town – a mere few hours that take in flirtation, peril, dancefloor euphoria, an impromptu piano recital and, to cap it all, some reckless criminality. What’s more, director Sebastian Schipper gets it all into a taut 140 minutes – and one single continuous shot.
