Johnannes Natland, 19, is on trial at the Old Bailey accused of flying to the UK to kill someone.

Last week, a teenager in Norway was convicted at the Sor-Rogaland District Court of recruiting Natland to commit the murder of an unknown person in England on behalf of the Foxtrot Network.

However, giving evidence at the Old Bailey, he said, rather than carry out the attack, he had planned to shoot himself in the foot, telling jurors he had found himself in "a bit of a pickle".
